Dear Parishioners, In this moment of health issues, it is necessary that we all be caring for one another and take the actions needed to eliminate this problem of Coronavirus. In our parish we will follow the direction of our Bishop and public health department. Therefore, our weekday and Sunday Masses are now live streamed. For your convenience, you can watch them at any time after they are streamed. All other parish activities are suspended until further notice. In the words of our diocesan bishop, “The Mass is our central act of worship, the source and summit of our Catholic faith, and it goes without saying that this difficult decision was not made lightly. It was done after prayerful consideration of the critical health threat which now confronts us. The gravity of it demands that we all take whatever action is needed, despite the hardship, for the good of the protection of all, especially those who are most vulnerable at this time.” Together in prayer and following the recommendations and guidelines of our federal and state health department, we shall overcome this moment of challenge. Let us all in prayer remember what St. Teresa of Avila used to say: “Let nothing disturb you. Let nothing frighten you. Everything passes away except God. God alone is sufficient.” May God bless us and guide us in our challenging times. Fr. Antonio
