It used to be called CCD (Confraternity of Christian Doctrine), Religious Education or Sunday School. But, times are changing and so are we!

Faith Formation encompasses much more than religion classes for children. We offer opportunities for adults in Adult Enrichment. These may include bible study, lectures, retreat experiences and most importantly our new Hearts to Christ intergenerational program!

We offer classes to children beginning in first grade and continuing through the 9th grade. This happens in our new week-long Summer Program. These may also include retreat experiences, prayer services and service opportunities.

We offer Youth Ministry to those in 8th grade and high school. This consists of gathering for liturgy, faith, food and lot of fun! Our Youth Group has gone on a few trips that have been awe-inspiring! Check out the Youth Ministry tab to see what’s going on!

We also offer the “Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)”. This special opportunity is open for anyone who is not Catholic, or has been baptized Catholic but has never received any other sacraments and wants to become fully initiated into the Catholic Church by receiving the sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation. We also offer Adult Confirmation for those adults who are over 18 and have been baptized in the Catholic Church, received First Eucharist but did not receive Confirmation.

So, you see, Faith Formation really isn’t CCD anymore! It’s a whole lot more!!!
